Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, interest type, and message content. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial data, health data, or government identifiers.

Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, screen resolution, and approximate geographic location. Apollo may also provide company-level information about the organization associated with a website visit. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and follow up on your requests, improve our website and user experience based on aggregated analytics, analyze site usage patterns and trends, communicate with you about our products and services (only if you have opted in or initiated contact), and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site and Apollo website visitor tracking to identify visiting organizations at the company level. The Google tag may load in consent-denied mode, but GA4 measurement does not initialize until you click "Accept." Google Tag Manager and Apollo load only after you accept analytics cookies.

If you click "Decline," GA4 measurement, Google Tag Manager, Apollo, and our custom interaction events are not enabled. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's cookies and local storage. The consent banner will appear again on your next visit. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our website:

FormSubmit.co processes contact form submissions, delivers them to our team by email, and states that submissions are retained in its archive for up to 30 days. Google Analytics processes consented usage data under Google's data processing terms. Apollo processes consented company-level website visitor data. Vercel hosts our website and may process server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) as part of standard web hosting.

Data Retention

Immedia may retain contact form submissions in its business records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains entries for 30 days. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider per its standard retention policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access and portability. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a commonly used format. Correction. You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Deletion. You can request that we delete your personal data. We will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it. Opt out of tracking. You can decline analytics cookies via our cookie banner, or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at investor-relations@immediapower.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent (for analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries (for contact form data). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA except through service providers, including Google, Apollo, and Vercel, that maintain appropriate transfer safeguards.

For Users in California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To submit a request, email investor-relations@immediapower.com.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by updating the date prominently at the top of this page).
