Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, interest type, and message content. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial data, health data, or government identifiers.

Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, screen resolution, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). We do not use this data to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and follow up on your requests, improve our website and user experience based on aggregated analytics, analyze site usage patterns and trends, communicate with you about our products and services (only if you have opted in or initiated contact), and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. Analytics cookies are only activated after you provide explicit consent through our cookie banner. No tracking scripts are loaded until you click "Accept." If you click "Decline," no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or local storage. On your next visit, the consent banner will appear again. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our website:

FormSubmit.co processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our team via email. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond delivery. Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data under Google's data processing terms. Vercel hosts our website and may process server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) as part of standard web hosting.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider per their standard retention policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access and portability. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a commonly used format. Correction. You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Deletion. You can request that we delete your personal data. We will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it. Opt out of tracking. You can decline analytics cookies via our cookie banner, or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@immediapower.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

7. For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent (for analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries (for contact form data). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA except through service providers (Google, Vercel) who maintain appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. For Users in California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To submit a request, email info@immediapower.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by updating the date prominently at the top of this page).
