# Immedia Power

> Reinventing Power Generation. More capacity. Same site. Immedia Power is developing DOR (Distributed On-demand Resource), a compact, multifuel on-site power system designed to add behind-the-meter capacity so sites can grow beyond their existing grid connection. An edge data center expansion leads the examples.

## Company and product

Immedia Power is Houston-based. Rony Baum is CEO and co-founder; Matias Kopinsky is COO and co-founder.

DOR is pre-pilot. An integrated DOR prototype has not yet been built or tested. Hardware figures are engineering targets; Power OS functions, fuel configurations and operating modes are planned capabilities subject to integrated testing, third-party validation and applicable certification. First pilots are planned for 2027.

The design combines multifuel generation, a grid-forming inverter and Power OS. It is being developed to add capacity alongside the grid, manage peaks and support selected loads in an engineered islanded configuration. Existing edge data center growth leads the examples; EV fleet charging and commercial and industrial sites remain primary applications. Ports, oil and gas, and defense are potential expansion applications.

Planned fuel categories are natural gas, CNG, LPG, biofuel and hydrogen blends. Exact fuel specifications and blend proportions require validation and configuration review. Planned modes are standalone, grid-tied and microgrid, with multi-unit coordination. These targets do not establish measured performance, seamless transfer or a universal site configuration. ## Site capacity and service

The homepage leads with an illustrative edge data center expansion: 400 kW of grid supply plus three planned 200 kW DOR units equals 1 MW total site supply, including cooling and supporting loads. Grid-only mode shows 400 kW; island mode shows 600 kW for selected loads. These are sums of engineering targets, not IT-load ratings or sizing recommendations. Other application scenes use general operating roles. Everyday power, fuel flexibility and growth follow the example. Site engineering and validation determine usable capacity; island mode does not imply seamless transfer. Illustrations are conceptual, not live telemetry or installed projects.

Power OS is being developed to help operators and EPC/installation partners assess capacity, monitor equipment condition, and plan service and parts. Equipment sale, lease and Power-as-a-Service are planned. Software access, service coverage, responsibilities, fees and contract duration are agreed for each site; the service program and authorized network are not yet established.
